If a product manufactured by Volpe & Associates is received by the customer and that product for some reason, does not meet the customer’s full expectations the owner and management staff will fully review the issue. If it is determined, the product does not meet industry standards for quality, and is subsequently returned to our facility of origin, the order will either be re produced, or amended to the customer’s satisfaction or a full refund will be granted to the customer.
